The Short Version

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We use it to make MenuMog work. That's it. No nonsense.

What We Collect

When you use MenuMog, we collect:

• Account information: Email, name (if you provide it), password (encrypted, obviously)
• Menu data: Your menus, items, prices, descriptions, images—everything you create
• Usage data: How you use the app, what features you use, basic analytics
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info (standard web stuff)

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve MenuMog
• Process your payments (if you're on a paid plan)
• Send you important updates about your account
• Fix bugs and make the app better
• Comply with legal obligations

We don't use your data to:

• Show you ads
• Sell to data brokers
• Spam you with marketing emails (unless you opt in)
• Track you across other websites

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely. I use industry-standard encryption, secure databases, and follow best practices. I'm not perfect, but I'm not an idiot either.

Your menu data is stored in my database. Images and videos are stored securely (either locally or in cloud storage, depending on your setup). I back up your data regularly because losing your menus would be terrible.

Third-Party Services

I use a few third-party services to make MenuMog work:

• Hosting & Database: Your data lives on secure servers
• Payment Processing: We use reputable payment processors (we don't see your full card details)
• Analytics: Basic usage stats to improve the app (anonymized where possible)

These services have their own privacy policies. I only work with companies I trust.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: Download everything we have about you
• Delete your account: We'll delete your data when you ask (with some exceptions for legal/compliance reasons)
• Update your info: Change your email, name, or preferences anytime
• Opt out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (account emails will still come through)

Cookies & Tracking

I use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. I don't use tracking cookies or sell your browsing data. Standard stuff.

Children's Privacy

MenuMog is not intended for children under 13. I don't knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent and think your kid gave me their info, let me know and I'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

I might update this policy from time to time. If I make significant changes, I'll notify you. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when I last changed it.
