Terms of Service
Last updated: December 10, 2025
The Short Version
Use MenuMog responsibly. Don't be a jerk. Don't break the law. Don't spam. If you do something stupid, we'll kick you out. That's basically it.
Acceptance of Terms
By using MenuMog, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. Simple.
What You Can Do
You can:
- Create and manage digital menus for your business
- Customize your menus however you want
- Share your menus with customers
- Update your menus anytime
- Cancel your subscription whenever (no long-term contracts)
What You Can't Do
Don't:
- Break the law: Don't use MenuMog for illegal stuff. We're not your lawyer.
- Infringe on rights: Don't upload content you don't own or have permission to use
- Spam or abuse: Don't spam customers, don't abuse the system, don't be a jerk
- Hack or exploit: Don't try to break our systems or access other people's data
- Resell or redistribute: MenuMog is for your business, not for reselling as a service
- Impersonate: Don't pretend to be someone else or another business
Your Content
You own your content. Your menus, items, images, descriptions—it's all yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.
By using MenuMog, you give us permission to:
- Store and display your content on MenuMog
- Back up your data (so you don't lose it)
- Process and serve your menus to your customers
You're responsible for your content. Make sure you have the rights to use any images, text, or other materials you upload. If someone claims you're infringing on their rights, that's on you.
Accounts & Billing
Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password. Don't share your login.
Billing: If you're on a paid plan, you pay monthly or annually (your choice). We'll charge your card automatically. Cancel anytime—no questions asked.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 30 days if you're not happy. Just ask. We're reasonable about it.
Free Plans: Free plans are free. We might limit features or add usage limits. We'll tell you if that changes.
Service Availability
We try to keep MenuMog running 24/7, but things happen. Servers go down, bugs happen, we do maintenance. We're not responsible for downtime, but we'll try to fix it fast.
We might change, suspend, or discontinue features. We'll give you notice if it's something major.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. Delete your account, stop paying, walk away. No hard feelings.
I can terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You do something illegal
- You're being abusive or spammy
- You don't pay (for paid plans)
If I terminate your account, I'll give you a chance to download your data (unless you did something really bad).
Intellectual Property
MenuMog, the logo, the design, the code—that's ours. Don't copy it, don't rip it off, don't try to reverse engineer it.
Your content is yours. Our platform is ours. Simple.
Disclaimers & Limitations
MenuMog is provided "as is." I don't guarantee it'll be perfect, bug-free, or always available. I'll do my best, but I'm human.
I'm not responsible for:
- Loss of data (though we back up regularly)
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Your business decisions based on using MenuMog
- Third-party services or integrations
My liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. I'm not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
If someone sues me because of something you did (like uploading copyrighted content), you're on the hook. You'll cover my legal costs and any damages.
Changes to Terms
I might update these terms. If I make significant changes, I'll notify you. If you keep using MenuMog after the changes, you agree to the new terms.
Governing Law
I'm a solo developer, not a corporation. If there's a dispute, let's try to work it out like adults first. If we can't, we'll handle it through the appropriate legal channels.

These terms are written in plain English because legal jargon is nonsense. If you need the corporate version, hire a lawyer. If you're a lawyer and want to argue about these terms, we're probably not the right fit for each other.
